Our quote

Quotes are based on standard trading terms. Charges are in US dollars for orders outside the Republic of Indonesia and in Rupiah for domestic orders. A quote is valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quote terms are Ex-Factory Bali but can be adjusted to the client’s preference, such as C&F or CIF. All trading follows common international commercial law; where this conflicts with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, the latter prevails unless otherwise specified and agreed.

To initiate orders

An order is accepted upon receipt of a 50% down payment of the goods’ purchase value. Production commences only once the funds have cleared into our account. The 50% balance, and packaging, shipping and insurance charges where applicable, must be paid prior to shipment. All original commercial documents pertaining to the shipment are forwarded on full settlement of all payments. Production is expected to proceed as planned; however, Déco Bali will not be held responsible for unavoidable circumstances such as acts of nature, war, civil unrest, riots, commotion or strikes.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation, the 50% deposit is not refundable.

Payment

Payment is preferred in US$ by telegraphic transfer to our bank account; details are provided in our quotation. If payment is made in another currency, our bank will automatically convert it into US$ at the exchange rate of the day, and bank telex-transfer charges apply. Copies of the bank remittance need to be sent to our company for verification. Alternatively, cash payment can be made through our office in Bali.

Tax

Only domestic orders are subject to 10% PPN (VAT); export orders are exempt.

Minimum order & production time

Minimum orders are at the discretion of Déco Bali. All products featured on our website are made to order and can also be custom-made to the client’s requirements. Production time is therefore advised based on the volume and type of goods and on our production capacity at the time the order is placed. In general, most standard orders require a minimum of 4–6 weeks. For small, wholesale or project orders, the earliest production time will be advised.

Sample / mock-up

A sample or mock-up is produced only on order confirmation. Like most companies, we need to be vigilant against fraudsters and impostors seeking to access or replicate our products. During an enquiry we provide product information and a price list for the relevant collection, but not our entire collection or complete price list. We prefer to engage with clients on a professional basis to understand their needs and provide a tailor-made solution. We create new designs prior to order confirmation.
